Hi Raj, How can we reach Cochrane Place Hotel from Kurseong station? Can we walk to the place (is it a walkable distance) or do we need a cab? How much will the cab take from Kurseong to Cochrane Place(one way)? From Siliguri(Tenzing Norway Bus Stand), what is the cost of shared cabs per person to Kurseong in the month of September?

Hi, Cochrane Place is a little over 2kms from Kurseong station and is not really within a walking distance when you have luggage... it can easily take 35-40 minutes to walk with luggage. A cab can charge Rs. 200-250 for a drop... sometimes such fares are erratic. From Siliguri bus stand, the shared cab fare to Kurseong will be around Rs. 125-150 per person.
