Hello, your itinerary is grossly okay, here are some suggestions...
Since you will be visiting Mirik on your way to Tabakoshi, you can take a Darjeeling bound shared Jeep from NJP, get off at Ghum and take another one for Lepchajagat. Darjeeling bound shared taxis are more frequent compared to Mirik bound ones and will take lesser time to reach Lepchajagat.
It is difficult to say now whether you will get a shared jeep to visit Tiger Hill due to the ongoing pandemic situation. In any case, you will need to start by 3:30am.
If your return train is at night, you can visit the Mirik lake after checking out of the homestay at Tabakoshi (instead of going there on your way to Tabakoshi), have lunch at Hotel Jagjeet's Restaurant in Mirik. I suggest not to take a shared jeep from Mirik to NJP, because they may not be available in the late afternoon and you lose all flexibility. Instead, spend some money and take a small reserved cab after lunch, visit the Boakar Monastery on a hilltop and spend some time there. You get a wonderful view of Mirik from there.
On your way to NJP, stop at Tingling View Point (about 8kms from Mirik) and enjoy the views of tea gardens. There is a tea store right below the viewpoint that sells packaged tea of Sourene Garden... if you like Darjeeling tea, you can buy a packet to take back home. You should negotiate the fare with the taxi driver in advance for the stops you will take. If it's not affordable, then take a shared taxi by 2pm for NJP.
